In his talk, Professor Hilton Chan will discuss how we can use FinTech to easily build and test DIY Robo-traders and their Algo-strategies with better performance and risk-control than Human-traders. He will also look into if Robo-Trader is an IT or financial solution and what are the pros and cons.

In his talk, Professor Gong Yaping will present research-based findings on what promote or inhibit employee creativity. He will discuss key motivational, knowledge, and skill drivers of employee creativity. They include intrinsic motivation, creativity skills, observing, questioning, networking, associating, and experimenting, as well as important work environment factors, such as leader tolerance of failure, time pressure, workday design, and autonomy, that facilitate or inhibit creativity.
