Quinn Lai is a serial entrepreneur in Hong Kong and the United States. His startups have achieved impacts in different ways from enabling impoverished students to learn more effectively to prolonging (or even saving) the lives of terminally ill patients. He was also a Hewlett Packard (WebOS) product manager and a McKinsey consultant. Utilizing his training and experience in design thinking and need finding, he has been involved in the development of multiple MNC’s innovative products/processes, including but not limited to card based multitasking UI for mobile devices, next generation automotive infotainment system and a car design process.
 

His current venture, EONIQ (http://www.eoniq.co) aims to revolutionize how watches are designed and bring custom time pieces to everyone. Under his leadership EONIQ grew from a business idea into an international custom watch brand serving 30+ countries. Since brand launch in November of 2015, EONIQ now has over 300K followers and 200K subscribed users. EONIQ’s recent crowdfunding campaign managed to shoot beyond 700% of its original goal with 350K USD+ funding raised. All this was done without any equity investment in the company.
