To mark the 25th Anniversary of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2016, a series of events has been held since Fall 2015 including the year round Distinguished Speakers Series, global alumni events in London, San Francisco, and Beijing, a gala banquet on 19 June in Hong Kong, and a Times Higher Education Summit with over 30 presidents from global universities joining on 20-21 June.

As our birthday draws to a close, the 25th Anniversary celebration is now moving into South East Asia.  You are cordially invited to come to the Singapore celebration for HKUST's 25th Anniversary on 14 January 2017 (Saturday).  This last global alumni event will be held at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore between 3:00pm to 10:00pm.  It will begin with an inspiring seminar for a general audience hosted by our School of Humanities and Social Science, followed by a cocktail reception and a celebration dinner for all alumni and guests from all over the region.  We welcome you to join both the afternoon and evening programs.
