HKUST Christmas Dinner in Singapore 2017
Alumni in Singapore are invited to join the Christmas Dinner to share the joy and festive gourmets. Friends and family are also welcome.

STARTER:
Cream of pumpkin soup with bread crumbs and pumpkin seeds
SHARED MAINS:
Turkey Platter
Served with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, apple compote, red cabbage with cinnamon, pan-fried sliced bread dumplings
Brauhaus platter
Grilled pork knuckle,roasted chicken, sausages, roasted duck, pan-fried sliced bread dumplings, sauerkraut and red cabbage with dark beer sauce.
Bavarian Schnitzel
Breaded chicken, pork escalope, Cordon Bleu, schnitzel ?nature‘
with French fries, tomato sauce and creamy mushroom sauce
DESSERT:
Apple strudel with vanilla sauce
BEVERAGES:
0.3L freshly brewed Paulaner Lager and Dark Beers
