*** In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below/Amber or Red Rainstorm warning is hoisted on the function date, the function will go one as scheduled

*** When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted on the function day within 2 hours, the function will be postponed;

*** However, if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above/Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered 2 hours before the function starts, the function will be held as scheduled.

*** In the event that the function is postponed, we will reschedule within 3 months of the event date of March 19th, 2017.
