Riesling Dinner with Princess Christina
The HKUST Alumni Wine Association (HKUSTAWA) will organize a Riesling dinner with German Wine Princess Christina Schneider, who will be visiting Hong Kong to kick off the 5th Riesling Weeks!
This is also the first ever collaboration between HKUSTAWA and Society of Wine Educators Hong Kong Chapter (SWEHK). It will surely be a great time to meet knowledgeable wine educators, and of course tasting amazing wines!
Bonus to that, Chef David Myers, Founder of Gypsy Chef™ and Michelin-starred Culinary Creator of AnOther Place by David Myers, will be joining this specially designed German wine pairing contemporary cuisine dinner!
Dinner participants are welcome to join the pre-dinner tasting free of charge.
