Wine Tasting 101 - Bubbles!
The HKUST Alumni Wine Association (HKUSTAWA) will organize a Workshop with a special focus on the sparkling wines. From a marketer to winemaker, the speaker Tersina is enthuse on educating her friends on wines, and of course, this fitting summer drink – sparkling wines too. In this two-hour happy hour workshop, you will explore 8 different sparkling wines produced with Traditional Method, with cheese and canapés pairings for the wines.
